NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Don't initialize excludedMove and skipNullMove at each node
Do it once at the beginning becuase they are always reset
after use in the calling place where are set.
No functional change also with faked split.
