NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Use a 32 bit bitwise 'and' in SimpleHash lookup
A bit faster on 32 bits machines, more similar to
TranspositionTable::first_entry() and same result.
No functional change.
