NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Better clarify how we use TT depth in qsearch
Namely we use only two types of depth in TT:
DEPTH_QS_CHECKS or DEPTH_QS_NO_CHECKS.
No functional change.
