NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Microptimize generation of pawn evasions
Skip calling promotion generation functions in
the very common case of no possible promotion
evasion. Also retire generate_pawn_captures()
No functional change.
