NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Partially revert previous patches
Due to a -2% speed penalty. This patch takes the best
of the previous series without the regression due to
introduction of Magic struct.
Speedup against previous revision is of almost 3% !!!!
No functional change both in 32 and 64 bits.
