NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Change color argument of square_is_weak()
Pass the color for which the square is to be
considered weak, not the opposite.
It is more natural and intuitive in this way.
No functional change.
