NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Retire faked Windows version of gettimeofday()
Use equivalent Windows function _ftime() instead.
This patch also removes two long standing warnings
under MSVC.
No functional change and no change for non-Windows systems.
