NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Reset thread flags to a known state before to exit think()
Among them 'stop' and 'printCurrentLineRequest' could have
random value, so reset to a known state before to leave the
search.
No functional change.
