NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Do not make any assumption on the move in move_is_legal()
We must be able to filter out also moves where move_is_ok()
is false.
And actually we are. Tested on all the default position injecting
a number from -1000000 to 1000000 casted to a Move.
No functional change.
