NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Syncing sp_search() and search()
Small twekas to make the two searches as similar as
possible.
Also removed an useless setting of mateKiller in sp_search()
No functional change (tested with FakeSplit)
