NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Don't log search info after a stop
Fix an issue where the log file stores an incorrect +0.00
eval after a search has been stopped.
Bug reported by Ajedrecista.
No functional change.
