NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Fix silly MSVC warning
MSVC raises an "use of partially uninitialized variable" for futilityValue
and staticValue but this is not rue becasue when !isCheck variables
are never used, anyhow silence the warning.
No functional change.
