NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Rename generate_piece_moves() in generate_piece_evasions()
A better and more specific name. Also a bit of code reshuffle.
Verified No functional change and No performance change
for the whole series.
