NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Fix a silly unstoppable eval bug
The logic is broken for black side because we get more bonus
for pawn in 7th rank than for pawn in 2nd rank!
