NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Use if/else instead of goto
Real men jump/branch by hand...but
we prefer the humble way.
Moved also some uci info code where it
belongs, while there.
No functional change.
