SFNNv17: Remove psqt accumulator and update default net
Update NNUE arch to SFNNv17: remove PSQT output
Big simplification in both stockfish as well as for nnue training:
- Removed psqt accumulator/input and trained net with updated arch.
- Training speed is significantly faster.
