NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Retire UCI_AnalyseMode option
It has been obsoleted out already some time ago
and currently there is no point in changing eval
score according to if we are in game or analyzing.
So retire the option.
No functional change.
