NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Include castle moves in 'dangerous' flag
Simplifies the code and seems more natural.
We have a very small fucntional change becuase now
at PV nodes castles are extended one ply anyhow.
