NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Zero init fromToStats in constructor. (#953)
Extend commit fe99de to fromToStats, which fixes the last valgrind errors on
a simple 'go depth 12' at startup.
No functional change.
