NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Add Stockfish namespace.
fixes #3350 and is a small cleanup that might make it easier to use SF
in separate projects, like a NNUE trainer or similar.
