NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Remove temporary shelter array
Remove temporary array of shelters and avoid iterating over it each time to find
if the shelter values after castling are better than the current value.

Speed benchmark did not measure any difference.
