NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Use std::vector to implement HashTable
Allows some code semplification and avoids directly
allocation and managing heap memory.
Also the usual renaming while there.
No functional change and no speed regression.
