Two small cleanups
- Eval scaling: shorter spelling and less redudant (Fauzi had removed the redundant parameter already; at that time, it was a functional change since there was a subtraction on this line, causing rounding-vs-division changes. The subtraction was removed in prep for no-psqt, so removing the redundant param is no functional change now.)
- Mark a known *Scaler suspect based on these three tests:
