NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Remove unneeded condition. (#2057)
This is covered by the line just before. If we would like to protect
against the piece value of e.g. a N == B, this could be done by an
assert, no need to do this at runtime.
No functional change.
