NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Write perft(N-1) into cout
So that one can redirect cout to /dev/null and only print print cerr in the terminal (for more accurate speed
tests).
