NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Retire pvMove in search()
Now we can directly replace it with
the definition resulting in simpler
and possibly faster code because
PvNode is evaluated at compile time.
No functional change.
