NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Clear transposition table on "ucinewgame"
It seems the standard behaviour as implemented
in most engines although UCI protocol does not
specify what to do upon "ucinewgame" command.
No functional change.
