NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Add a known draw case in kpk bitbase generation
Early classify as known draws the positions
where white king is trapped on the rook file.
Suggested by Dan Honeycutt.
No functional change.
