NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Reformat trace code
Apart from usual renaiming, take advantage of
C++11 function template default parmeter to
get rid of Eval trampoline functions.
Some triviality fixes while there.
