NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Remove questionable gcc flags from profile-build
Optimization options for official stockfish should be
consistent, easy, future proof and simple.
We don't want to optimize for any specific version of gcc
No functional change
