NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Fix false positives from ThreadSanitizer
Since Linux Kernel 6.5 we are getting false positives from the ci,
lower the ALSR entropy to disable ALSR, which works as a temporary
workaround.
