NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Sync qsearch with search
Port to qsearch() the same changes we recently
added to search().
Overall this search refactoring series shows
almost 2% speed up on gcc compile.
No functional change.
