NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Cleanup code after dropping ICC support in favor of ICX
The commit removes all uses of ICC's __INTEL_COMPILER macro and other
references to ICC. It also adds ICX info to the compiler command and
fixes two typos in Makefile's help output.
