NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Don't explicitize enum values when not needed
Compiler will chose the correct values in sequential
order for you.
Also move file and rank bitboards definitions to
bitboard.h
No functional change.
