NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Fix lower/upper bounds output
Commit cb0c7a98485fbef4e5d6ed5f5b08201113ce0b4e doesnt reset the lower/upper bounds back to false.
