NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Remove redundant int cast
Remove a redundant int cast in the calculation of fwdOut. The variable
OutputType is already defined as std::int32_t, which is an integer type, making
the cast unnecessary.
