NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Always output hashfull
This removes the restriction that no hashfull information is printed within the first second of a search.
On modern systems, a non-zero value is returned within 6 ms with default settings.
