NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Fix 'improving' condition
Because VALUE_NONE is 30002, it happens that
after a check the next move is never an improving
one.
After this patch bench signature is independent from
VALUE_NONE actual value.
