NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Cleanup git checkout actions
We now fetch only the current commit for jobs that don't need the git
history. For the Prerelease job, we don't checkout the code at all.
