NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Move ThreadsManager::exit() to d'tor
And add final touches to this long patch series.
All the series has been verified against regression with
20K games at fast TC.
No functional change.
