NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Transform minKingPawnDistance into a local variable
minKingPawnDistance is used only as local variable in one place so we don't need it to be part of "Pawns::Entry" structure.
No functional change.
