NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Avoid wake up master thread when useless
Check we are the last slave of the split point
before to wake up the master. This should avoid
spurious wakes up.
No functional change.
