NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Remove depth condition for ttPv (#2166)
Currently PV nodes with a depth <= 4 were ignored for ttPv. Now remove this constraint and use all PV nodes.
